Elite Valve's E5600 High Performance Knife Gate Valves
The E5600 High Performance KGV is designed for industrial use as well as the municipal water & wastewater industry.
The E5600 can be configured and customized for many types of severe service and aggressive process applications. It features a perimeter style seat which provides reliable, bidirectional flow/shutoff for zero downstream leakage as well as a secondary atmospheric body seal.
The dual-independent Aflas transverse seal design with phenolic scrapers and PTFE energizer reduces material build-up on the gate and provides reliable sealing. The Aflas replaceable seat with positive gate stop ensures seat integrity and zero downstream leakage is maintained. Flushing ports allow for the elimination of material buildup in the seat and body areas. The E5600 is suitable for bidirectional shut-off or dead-end service applications.

- High visibility clevis provides easy identification of valve position
- Grease fitting on handwheel bearing reduces operating torques

- Heavy duty yoke with safety screens and high-vis clevis
- Replaceable Aflas seat, Optional Viton, EPDM, Buna-N
- Polished 316SS gate, Optional 17-4PH, RC50, Inconel and Duplex
- Optional coatings including Needox, Xylan 1070, Stellite, Carbide Or Hard Chrome
- Optional features: hardened alloy seat rings, v-port insert for linear flow control, non-rising stem, proximity switches for gate position feedback, pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders and actuators for automatic or remote control
